30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

In the same condition you received it

Unworn or unused

With tags attached and in its original packaging

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you:

  • A return shipping label

Restocking Return Cost

We do not charge any restocking and return fee.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at admin@staplevogue.com. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Items That Can’t Be Returned

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

Perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants)

Custom or personalized products

Personal care items (like beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

Want a different item? The quickest way is to:

  1. Return your current item.

  2. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the item you’d like.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of delivery, for any reason, no questions asked.

Returned items must be:

In their original condition

Unworn/unused

With tags and original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved: You’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Bank or credit card processing times may vary.
