Shipping Policy

We’re excited to get your order to you! Here’s everything you need to know about how, when, and where we ship your items. We believe shopping should be simple, clear, and stress-free and we’re here to make sure it is.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after your purchase is confirmed.

Orders placed after 4:00 PM (EST) will be processed the next business day.

Cut-off time: Orders placed before 4:00 PM (EST) are processed the same day (Monday to Friday).

Shipping Methods, Rates & Delivery Times

We currently offer Economy Shipping within the United States.

Our estimated shipping time is 10 to 13 business days.

Total delivery time is 11 to 15 days.

We charge the $10.00 USD flat rate for shipping all over the United States.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to:

P.O. Boxes

APO/FPO addresses

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you an email with a tracking link so you can monitor your delivery’s progress.

Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after your package is shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses:
Please double-check your shipping information before finalizing your order.
We are not responsible for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered at checkout.
Undeliverable Packages:
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment.
